Resolusi. Harapan. Target. Apa kabar dengan resolusimu tahun lalu? Sudahkah terpenuhi? Ayo, tahun ini jangan hanya menge-<em>list\u00a0<\/em>harapan yang ingin kamu wujudkan. Buat\u00a0<em>list-to-do<\/em>\u00a0nya juga untuk mewujudkan apa yang kamu tuliskan. Berani memulai?<\/div>\n<p>Resolusi yang kita tulis biasanya sesuatu yang kita belum punya dan lakukan sebelumnya. Entah itu\u00a0<em>list<\/em>benda yang ingin dimiliki tahun depan,\u00a0<em>list<\/em>\u00a0sesuatu yang harus kita capai tahun depan, atau bahkan\u00a0<em>list<\/em>kegilaan yang akan kita lakukan tahun depan.<\/p>\n<p>Biasanya awal tahun semangat untuk mencapai semua resolusi yang sudah kita tuliskan pada bulan Desember masih menggebu-gebu. Namun hari berganti hari, minggu berganti minggu dan bulan berganti bulan semangat kita untuk mewujudkannya semakin menurun, bahkan menghilang karena merasa tak ada waktu lagi untuk mencapainya.<\/p>\n<p>Apa yang salah? Bukan, karena kamu payah, bukan juga karena harapan kamu terlalu tinggi. Ini hanya masalah strategi yang kurang tepat. Apakah saat kamu menuliskan kamu juga menuliskan apa yang kamu harus lakukan untuk mencapainya?<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pencapaian resolusi prinsip manajerial harus diterapkan didalamnya. Seperti\u00a0<em>p<\/em><em>laining<\/em>, setidaknya harus ada dua rencana yang kita tulis dalam mengimbangi resolusi yang kita harapkan. Misalnya rencana A dan rencana B. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar setidaknya ketika rencana A gagal, maka masih ada rencana B yang menanti untuk dilakukan.<\/p>\n<p><em>Actuating<\/em>. Kini saatnya memulai apa yang direncanakan, dimuali dari rencana pertama dan seterusnya. Jangan menyerah ketika menemui hambatan dalam pengerjaan rencana ini. Tetap fokus dan yakin bahwa kita bisa mewujudkannya.<\/p>\n<p><em>Controlling<\/em>. Lihat apakah rencana yang kita lakukan berjalan dengan baik, atau\u00a0<em>stuck<\/em>\u00a0di situ saja? Jika memang tidak berjalan, coba terapkan pada rencana B dan rencana cadangan lain yang telah kita persiapkan.<\/p>\n<p>Jika semua strategi telah direncanakan dengan baik, resolusi yang telah kita tulis akan berevolusi bersama dengan strategi yang kita siapkan untuk mencapainya.
